During my visit to Porsgrunn in southern Norway, this church was one of the most beautiful architectural works of my interest. This church, which is all made of wood, was built in Norwegian Dragestil architectural style.

Since the Austro-Hungarian Kingdom got developed in porcelain, the porcelain masters from that region were settled in Porsgrunn with their families.

Visually, all the structures within a harmony spread almost all over Norway. I mean no crooked urbanization, no ugly structure. They became rich after the 60s with the discovery of oil. However, most of these houses and buildings are over 100 years old. So this has nothing to do with wealth. Living with nature, the joy of nature and appealing to the eye, is not about money.
